If you have any problems that are not answered on our support pages, then please email us at support@mythic-beasts.com. Your email will be read by our engineers, and we will respond as soon as possible.

We do not offer telephone support and we have no plans to do so. Unlike dial-up ISPs we are not responsible for your connection to the internet, so you should still be able to email us when things go wrong. Not providing a telephone support line saves a lot of money which is reflected in our low prices. If you've ever phoned a support line you will know that the assistance you get is very variable in quality. Using email allows us to pass your query directly to our engineers, guaranteeing you a helpful and accurate response first time.
