Byng's Tiramisu

1 pkt trifle sponges
2 tubs of marscepone
1 tin of condensed milk
1 cup of strong black coffee
1 glass of marsala/brandy/ameretto/kaluha
Good quality cocoa powder

Tear the trifle sponges into pieces and use to tile the bottom of a flat glass dish
Mix the alcohol and coffee and pour it over the sponge
Leave base in the fridge for a few hours/overnight
Put the marscepone in a bowl and slowly mix the condenced milk into it. (if you try it the other way you will get lumps!)
Pour the cream mixture over the sponge and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to settle
dust with lots of cocoa powder
